Precision And Timing

You have to be in shape, thus exercises on the beach.
Have you ever heard of precision roller skating? I hadn't until I saw a video of the 20 young women who form the RULLEST PRECISION ROLLER SKATING TEAM, all from the small country of Estonia. When you see them in action, it all looks so easy and their performance is simply delightful. But it isn't easy for the lines of women to interweave both backwards and forwards, with all of the participants completing the performance unscathed. Not only is there precision and timing, but also artistry in their performances and competitions.

It takes hours of practice - the laughter and the pain, the hard work to get it all down just right. The performances rely on trust, trust that your fellow performers will hit their marks just as perfectly as you do. It's definitely eye-catching and inspiring for their audiences.

It's all part of the sport of precision roller skating - and there are teams in various parts of the world. They compete, just like figure skaters, on precision, creativity, and technical skill. They also perform, to the delight of audiences, in parades and exhibitions.

And, as any sports team, they also have teams for younger skaters. It's where skaters learn the moves, how to work with each other, how to trust. Although, thousands of children are trained to roller skate, only sixty of the best qualify to make the teams at various age levels.

Besides learning the performance skills, the children learn about other cultures, since they compete on the international level. They get to see and learn about the various European nations prior to making visits to competitions. At all levels, the Rullest roller skating teams are competition winners, as they continue to learn the precision and timing required for competition and performances.
